Our supportive and engaging 8-week workshop is free and designed specifically for women like you!

 

This project kicks off on Tuesday 10th June and offers a supportive environment to learn about menopause, connect with other women on a similar journey, and discover ways to manage your symptoms. In addition to helpful information sessions, the programme includes gentle physical activity to help you stay active and feel better.
